You may design your policy to fit your needs such as Benefit amount and Premium Level. You may also change these benefits from time to time as you need.
You may purchase a policy on yourself, from $25,000 to $100,000 Simplified Issue, Spouse $15,000 and up to $100,000 Simplifies Issue, but based on Age for GIO, Children may be covered under their own policy from Age 6 months to 25 at this time. You may add Children coverage as a Rider to any Plan for $10,000 each for an additional premium, Your policy will build up values and long term life insurance. Benefits can be set up in addition to any other Life Insurance you have with DCBOE.
